Managed a design & build/construction management and property development company with 21 employees and $18m annual sales. Services include: research, develop, and present proposals for customer projects; negotiating client contracts and vendor sub-contracts; manage the property acquisition effort with client and broker; material vendor contracts, labor negotiations and collective bargaining; and interaction with all design and engineering professionals.
