Managing partner; master planned a development program to finance and construct 20 build-to-suit Church’s Chicken locations over a 5 year program in the Cleveland, Ohio market, including all site selection and Cleveland master site plan approvals.

Participate as principal in several commercial real estate LLC and TIC entities investing in office condo/rental properties, build-to-suit restaurants, and medical office buildings.

Manage the conversion of a series of office buildings to professional office condo's in Clinton Township, Michigan. Negotiated financing and approvals, managed the legal work during transition, developed the marketing program for sales and leasing, and coordinated the on-site property management.

Performed property acquisition, development of an initial business plan, and the associated $24m funding requests to finance the ground-up development of 18 gas station fast food combo facilities for a midwest wholesale fuel distributor.

Perform property acquisition and project development performa for a joint-venture with Etkin Equities to design and develop a 140,000 square foot medical office campus in Novi, Michigan.

Performed design/build development and owner’s representation services to design and construct a 12,000 square foot addition to the Local 58 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union hall and conference facility in downtown Detroit, Michigan.
1993 - 1998
Directed a $45 million dollar design/build program for Detroit Newspapers to consolidate three administrative office locations into one Detroit, Michigan facility; which included managing the development program during the ongoing strike by their newspaper unions.
1994 - 1999
Managed the development program of a regional kidney dialysis operator to design and construct 5 facilities in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area.
1991 - 1999
Co-managed a 10 year capital improvement program of major tenant projects to the Fisher Building, a facility that is certified on the National Register of Historic Places in Detroit, Michigan.
